Cathy Herbstler

Cathy is owner and principal of Cherb PR and has over 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations. She has worked on staff at Franciscan Health System and Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center in the Pacific Northwest, and most recently at Hi-Tec Sports in Modesto, CA, where she managed the public relations program and was an integral part of the Hi-Tec Adventure Racing Series. Cathy started her freelance public relations and marketing business in 2002 and has since worked for prominent companies such as Hi-Tec Sports, Royal Robbins, Seattle Sports, Highgear, and Inka Corp. She has also done extensive marketing and PR work in a contract position for Franciscan Health System and NorthCoast Tugboat Adventures, an adventure travel company. Lauren Powers

Lauren is PR Assistant at Cherb PR and has been working with Cathy since entering college. She is highly enthusiastic, outgoing and organized, and is willing to take on any task so she can learn the ropes. When not studying or working, you can find Lauren snowboarding at Snoqualmie Pass in the winter or wakeboarding, swimming and boating on Lake Washington in the summer. email: lauren@cherbpr.com.
